ahh makes sense and very interesting. I always find it fascinating peoples origins. I grew up with the idea of God when I was younger, probably would have been described agnostic. Then in college I started really diving into the history and origins of a lot of churches/sects/splits; a friend in college who was from Saudi Arabia who was sincerely interested in Christianity asked my why a one true God had so many churches and so many beliefs. It took that one question from him to spark me visiting various denominations and churches and challenging doctrines/theologies and have been devout 15 years or so where I concluded.

But I mean my family is more Christian then catholic, and we all speak English, no one could tell we are Spanish at all, we dont really look it at all

My parents were missionaries for a long time

I grew up in hardcore protestantism so I learned a lot about Martin Luther and the 95 Theses. We always called Halloween Reformation Day 😁

I went trick or treating just once in my life - I stayed over at my Jewish friend's house

Growing up my mom never let me celebrate Halloween, said it was evil holiday.
